Annual enrollment is a cacophony of un-differentiable choices. Judge Bartick- cut through all the noise for me. He easily separated for me the pretty much the same choices from the significantly better choices based on my preferences. He even put together a quick price comparison of prescription by mail prices and big chain drug stores. Judge Bartick saved me a considerable amount of time and aggravation trying to see any difference among too many competing providers.
